End User License Agreement (EULA) for
The Right Move ® -
 a Location Analysis Mobile App

Grant of License
This is a legally binding agreement between you, the subscriber (user) and EASI for a Single-User license; each user must have a license. This non-exclusive license is specifically for use on mobile devices.  

Each individual subscriber can download this app onto all their personal mobile devices such as smart phones, tablets, or similar devices that allow a download of this app. A multiple license is not required for different devices with the same legal user.

This data/software app is an individual license for use in a non-batch and non-broadcasting environment exclusively.   That is, a subscriber can use these copyrighted data and reports for their own internal business, personal, educational or similar use and cannot publish or republish, sell, or broadcast these data or location reports in any form without a separate written agreement with EASI.  In addition, a user cannot reverse engineer modify or alter the service. Failure to comply with the terms of this license will result in immediate cancellation of this license.

EASI does not market this or any other product to minors under the age of 18; if a minor does register EASI upon notification will remove them as a user.

Subscribers have agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

EASI Data Copyright Trademarks, License, and Intellectual Properties
EASI has used considerable efforts, relying on decades of experience with US Census based demographics to develop a detailed methodology to develop a set of updated and forecasted demographic estimates based on the latest US Census.  EASI does not claim copyright for any third part information; specifically 2010 Census published data.

EASI annually updates these estimates and they are not considered legal advice to buy or sell anything. EASI makes no warrantees about our updates, express or implied, regarding accuracy.

In addition EASI has spent considerable efforts to develop the software, The Right Move, used to create the location reports and analysis.

Third Party Rights
The Right Move users acknowledge all third party rights will be respected.  Specifically, Microsoft rights are found at www.microsoft.com/maps/product/terms.html .

Warranties
To the maximum extent allowed by law, EASI disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied.  This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a single use, with respect to The Right Move, and the accompanying materials.

Liabilities - No liability for any subsequent damages
To the maximum extent allowed by law, in no event shall EASI be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this EASI product, even if EASI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy Policy
This privacy practice statement applies to the web site www.easidemographics.com and to all EASI apps available on mobile devices.  EASI will only collect the information supplied to the app; EASI will not use cookies or any tracking mechanisms as part of this app.

As part of the normal operation of our services, the information provided by you to EASI is used exclusively by EASI.  By accepting this subscriber End User License Agreement (EULA) upon completion of purchase, you expressly consent to our use of your provided information.

EASI will use the same amount of care to protect your private information as it does all EASI private information.  EASI does not sell nor rent your name or any other provided information.

If EASI privacy policy does change you will be immediately notified by email. 

Subscribers to our mobile app must also check with their mobile devices and their local service provider for their privacy policy.

Payments
Payments are made through iTunes by Apple registered account holders.

Disagreements
Any disagreements will be resolved via arbitration (American Arbitration Association, New York).

Severability
As part of this EULA if parts of the contract are held to be illegal or not unenforceable, the remainder of the contract will still apply.
